Returns and Exchange
- Products unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged with the original labels and tags completely intact are eligible for a return within 7 days from date of delivery.
RETURN REQUEST : If you would like to return any of the items purchased please contact our care team at email@example.com or call us at +918817842683 within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

5.Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item
NOTE:Customized products are not eligible for return.
Once the customer has made a request for return or exchange and it is accepted by AHI clothing team, the customer will have to arrange to send it back to us on address
“AHI clothing 16-B basant vihar,Indore(M.P)-452010”
through a reliable courier service.
- Once you Self ship the product to us , it will go through a standard check and once it qualifies, you will be provided with a CREDIT NOTE in the form of a code which you can use within a year from the purchase date to order another product of same or higher value.
- Once the exchanged piece will not be exchanged a second time.

- We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
- We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first.
- Standard checks of returned products: In the course of product returns/exchange, all products are checked by our team. Return policy void if price tag is broken or tampered, product damaged in transit due to improper packing by customer, missing any accompanying accessories. It should have the original invoice and all other stuff sent with the parcel. Product should be in proper and unused condition. It is all subject to inspection by AHI clothing team.
- Partial return: Return of a product which was ordered along with multiple products are processed simply as a RETURN REQUEST which is mentioned above.
- Garments purchased during any sale are NOT eligible for returns.
- No refund will be provided for the products purchased during the sale.The refund will be provided only in case the size is wrong or the product is defective or damaged.
- Order Cancellation: Shipped order cannot be canceled under any circumstances. Customers are requested to order after confirming the correct shipping and delivery address.
- EXCHANGE : If a client faces a size issue, he/she is required to send the same back. We will fix the size and send it back to the client free of charge.
